Somewhere To Be

Terms of Use

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms apply to the Somewhere To Be app (“the app”) and this website. By using the app, you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it.

What the app does

Somewhere To Be collects publicly posted events, classes and places from libraries, towns, parks departments, class providers, farm directories and map services, and shows them in one place. We don’t run, sponsor or check these events and places.

Listings can change

Dates, times, prices, ages, hours and availability come from each organizer and can change or be cancelled without notice. Always check with the organizer before you go, especially before driving a long way or paying for anything. We aren’t responsible for errors in listings or for events and places themselves.

Your safety

You’re responsible for deciding whether an event or place is right and safe for you and your family. Directions are provided by Apple Maps or Google Maps. Follow posted rules and supervise children.

Other websites

The app links to organizers’ websites, registration pages and map apps. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable use

Don’t copy the app’s data in bulk, interfere with the services it uses, or use the app for anything unlawful.

No warranty

The app is sold through Apple’s App Store, and purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, complete or error-free, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
